INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
You don’t just need someone to talk to - you need someone who REALLY gets how overwhelming, confusing, and exhausting life can be. You’re juggling school, friendships, identity, expectations, work, and a brain that doesn’t always cooperate.

Here, we slow things down and make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface: the anxiety spikes, the shutdowns, the “I don’t know why I reacted like that,” the sensory overload, the procrastination spirals, the people‑pleasing, the identity questions, and the moments where everything feels too much.
This is a space where you don’t have to mask, minimise, or explain yourself. Just show up as you are and we’ll figure the rest out together. Don't want the full session? Totally fine - we can just catch up. Want to eat a snack or play a game while we chat? Great idea! Don't have anything to talk about and would rather be anywhere else but therapy? So fair. We take the pressure off, hang out, and see if we can make a bit of room for you.

PARENTING SESSIONS
We know that parents are the biggest agents of change in a child's world.
How often have you seen your child learn something in the moment, only to forget it by the next conversation! The same thing happens in face-to-face psychology sessions with your child: we connect, offer playful psychoeducation, it clicks... and then it's forgotten on the drive home.
That's where parenting sessions come into play. We help you understand what's driving their behaviour, and equip you with tools, language, and confident to reduce stress, support regulation, and strengthen connection at home. It's that old "teach a man to fish idea" idea - when parents have the skills, the change lasts.
Parent sessions can be accessed privately, through Medicare, or NDIS funding under Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living.
